- How can I purchase the tickets?
You can purchase the tickets by clicking the banner from the web www.feb.es or through the web you are currently in: feb.entradas.plus
- Where can I have my tickets?
The tickets sold through our web are called "Print at Home", that means you will be able to print the tickets from the confirmation e-mail you will recieve after the purchase. There is only one authorized seller www.feb.es. The acquisition of tickets from non-authorized sellers and the use of those same tickets can lead to getting expelled from the facility and to legal action being taken on that person according to the current law.

Tickets from phone on either PDF or passbook files are also valid.
- Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Depending on their availability, you can only buy tickets at the box office on the days of the event,
- Can I pay with debit/credit card at the box office?
Payments with cash and credit/debit card are allowed at the box office.
- When is the box office open?
The box office will be open (at least) 2 hours before the start of the matches and while the match is already being played. Although, the organizers recommend you to buy through the web www.feb.es
- If my ticket got lost or stolen Can I have them printed again?
If you bought the tickets through our web, you are able to print/download them again always through the confirmation e-mail you recieved post-purchase.
In cases were the tickets got stolen or lost, to avoid difficulties at the access, you shall make a complaint (in both cases) and communicate that to us before the event so that we can cancel those tickets and print you new ones (
[email protected]). A situation could happen were your lost/stolen tickets get used by another person and therefore you will not be able to enter the building, that is the reason behind the procedure of cancelling your stolen/lost tickets.
- Can´t I just have the tickets dowloaded on my phone instead of printed?
Sure, you can dowload your tickets in PDF or passbook file on your phone. Pictures and screenshots won´t be accepted.
- What if I bought tickets for the event and I found out after I can´t attend it?
Sadly, refunds or changes are not allowed.
- What if I bought my tickets through an unofficial seller?
There is a possibility that those tickets won´t be valid and get denied at the entrance. That is the reason why buying tickets through official sellers is mandatory.
- Can I post pictures of my tickets on social media?
We don´t recommend posting your tickets on social media but, if you do, make sure the bar and/or QR code doesn´t show up on the image. That could lead to your ticket not being valid because someone else entered using yours.
- Do kids have to pay?
In Spain, the law about the capacity of sport events is regulated generally by the 19/2007 law, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sports, it´s regulation ((RD 203/2010) and for the autonomic/municipal security law for public events.
The RD requires each individual that access the facility to have their own ticket or access title, valid, and that the same title is liable to inspection with the finality of not exceeding the maximum capacity allowed. Capacity = maximum amount of people inside the building.
Legally, every minor -babys included- are a part of that said capacity due to them being inside of the building, whithout the distinguishal between adults and minors: Every individual is a part of the capacity, even in cases where the babys are on their parent´s arms.
Therefore, babys also need a ticket to attend the event.
- Can the tickets be transferred to another person?
The tickets are not nominative. The buyer can lend the use of them to another person, but maintaining responsability in the proper use of the ticket, so we recommend to transfer it to a person of the buyer´s trust.
- Can I bring food and drinks to the event?
Entrance with food is allowed as long as it comes packed and doesn´t require the use of cutlery. Glass bottles/containers are not allowed.
With drinks, you have to have in mind that it has to always be in a plastic bottle without the tap and with the maximum amount of 50cl, according with the legal ruling.
- Can I bring my backpack to the event?
Only small bags and small backpacks are allowed inside, the maximum capacity is 25cl. At the entrance you are obligated to show what´s inside your bag for security reasons.
- Can I bring my motorcycle helmet to the event?
No
- Can I bring my umbrella to the event?
Only if your umbrella is foldable.
- Can I bring my slefie stick to the event?
No, selfie sticks are not allowed inside the building.
- Can I eat snacks like nuts or sunfower seeds?
No those type of snacks are not allowed in the facility.
- At what time does the box office open?
The box office usually opens from the start of the event until the end of it. They usually close one hour before the ending of the last match.
- Where is the box office located?
The box offices are usually located at the main entrance. The locations depends on the venue where the event will be celebrated.
- What if the match already started? Can I still access it?
Once the match has started, the doors are kept open until there is 15 minutes left for the event to end.
- When do they open the doors to access the event?
Usually, the doors open 60 minutes (aproximately) before the start of the event, although that time could change depending on security protocols.
- Where is my entrance to access the event?
If there is more than one access for the public, your ticket will show which access is the closest to you sit, in the case it´s the opposite, you can enter through the access point designated for the public entrance. You can enter through every access as long as it´s for the public.
- Can I qeue at the entrance?
Yes, if you want to.
- Can I exit the building and get inside with the same tickets?
Yes, through the designated exit areas. We need you to understand that it is a MANDATORY CONDITION to get your ticket scanned at the designated spot to exit, so you can enter once again. It is your responsibility to show your ticket for scanning at the exit. This condition can be revoked from the attendants for security protocols.
- Is there a security check to access the building?
Yes. Before entering the building, the security team will check your bags and will look for harmful objets so that they don´t get inside.
- How long is the security check going to take?
That will the depend on the number of attendants trying to access the building in that moment. To avoid delays, we recommend you to show up with enough time.
- Can I bring my pet with me?
Only guide dogs are allowed along as long as they´re rightfully authorized. If pets need more space due to their size or comfort it will be required for them to have a ticket to access the facility.
- How can I find my seat?
Once you enter the building you can show your ticket to the usher. In your ticket the location of the seat is shown.
- Do all zones in the facility have good visibility?
The facility has seats with good visibility. If there is a zone that doesn´t have one, it will be shown in the ticket and it will also be indicated during the purchase proccess when the discount gets aplied on the RRP (PVP). If the seat has bad visibility and it wasn´t indicated during the purchase proccess, you will be able to ask the usher for a change of seats.
- Can I change seats during the event?
No, you will only have access to the seat shown in your ticket.
- Are there seats and accesses designated for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Abiding to the law, there is a designated space exclusive to people with reduced mobility that use wheel chairs.
These seats are sold under the name "PMR" and are rightfully signaled in the facility as a space with architectonic bars and free access. Also, at the entrance, there will be ushers who will indicate and accompany you to those designated facility to make your access easier for you.
- Do I have to buy a special Reduced Mobility ticket?
Only if you are a wheelchair user or you have a significant reduced mobility. This condition will get verified through a document that validates the reduced mobility at the access of the facility or at the purchase process of the the ticket.
- Can I bring a companion with me if I use a wheelchair?
Yes, you can attend with a companion as long as that same individual carries a ticket with him for the same zone as yours.
- Can I bring more than one companion?
No. According to the ongoing ruling, 1% of the capacity of the facility is reserved for wheelchair users, and only one companion is allowed so there is more space for others wheelchair users.
- Where are the reduced mobility seat located?
It will depend on the facility the event is going to take place in. We will always have that zone available.
- Are there toilets adapted for people with disabilities?
There will be adapted toilets closely located to the reduced mobility zone provided by the organizers of the event.
- I injured myself and now I have to walk with crutches. Do I have to buy a reduced mobility ticket?
If it´s a long time injury and you expect to not be fully healed by the time of the event comes by, you should get a reduced mobility ticket. You will have to show your medical report (related to your injury) at the access of the facility.
- I injured myself and ended up having to use a wheelchair to move. Can I still seat at the same place?
Sadly, wheelchairs are not allowed in those areas. We will try to relocate you to the reduced mobility zone, but we can´t guarantee there will be space for you in that area.
- I am pregnant and my seat is located in an area where I have to walk up stairs. Can I change my seat?
Sadly, changes are not allowed. The day the event comes, you should ask the ushers at the facility, and if there is space available at the designated area for the companions of wheel chair users, they will try to relocate you there, but we can´t guarantee you there will be space available.
- I accidently bought a ticket for reduced mobility when I don´t have that disability. What do I do now?
If you don´t use a wheelchair you won´t be allowed to access the area.
